RecommendedI’ve gone to the Burnsville location several times. They are excellent at explaining the process and what they recommend and why. I’ve never felt they are up selling me—they go through the pros and cons and differences of each tire. This most recent experience (with the sudden October snow storm) it was clear the techs were working well into the night to ensure each customer was taken care of before driving in the snow despite the overwhelming amount of business flooding in. I can’t say enough good things about Discount Tire. While I’m a previous customer, this time I asked if they would rotate the tires on our new car despite not having purchased them there. No problem they said! I was in/out in less than 30 mins and they took care of the low tire pressure indicator. Phenomenal! This is how to treat a customer; and a promise I’ll be back when this car needs a new set of tires. Simple math ... 4 rotations (tire life) @ $20 each at other places = $80 savings and a customer for life.
I made a stupid account here JUST TO POST THIS. I took my friend in on saturday. It was about noonish. Apparently she had 40 cars ahead of hers. "Well get it done today" they said. They close at 5. They KEPT taking walk ins even though they were FULLY booked. And taking in WAY more than they can handle. They were supposed to be fixing the front DRIVERS SIDE tire. Sunday comes and front passenger side is FLAT. Whats worse? They apparently were TRYING TO FIX THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE. HOW DID THIS GET MISSED IF THAT WAS THE C... read more

Today was my first time here, and I can say they have extremely good customer service and are very friendly. They actually care about the service they are providing, about the safety of the customer, and about the satisfaction of the customer. Aaron helped me out, and he was great. 5 stars. ⭐
