Stopped in this morning to get a tire fixed -- was in and out in about 20 minutes -- we needed to get on the road in a hurry and they came through. Appreciate the service we got there. Thanks again.
If your put on hold for 9 minutes to ask about a tire in stock, then call back just for them to laugh, I’d say thats unprofessional!
Very rude customer service. Would not recommend the Pocatello location. My husband found the tire we needed online for a better price, same brand, same size, same description as the one in the store and they refused to price match after telling a lady next to him that they would price match and it didn’t have to be the same tire just similar. They also took people who were picking up cars that were in line behind us after we had already been waiting 20 minutes.

Seriously the best experience I've had with a tire company. Staff members are super friendly. Lane was the sales rep who helped me and I so appreciated him. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to a person like me who isn't tire smart. I will never go anywhere else.
Liked this place since they'll go out of their way to get you the best deal and the best price.
