Never go to this place!!! I cannot even begin to express my disappointment in this place. Went in for a nail in my tire, ended up needing 4 new tires for obvious disfigured wear. Agreed to get the work done even though it was a 2 hour wait, I ended up waiting 2 hours 45 minutes they didn't even touch my car for the first 2 hours. When I got my car back I asked if they had done an alignment because I didn't see it on the paperwork. They said no they don't do alignments!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!! Took my car in for tire rotation and the wires were exposed so they replaced my tires at no charge. Very professional and courteous. I will be returning.
This place is fantastic! The service here was superb. I am extremely happy with my service and purchase. Special recognition to an employee named Joey. He was extremely helpful and was even able to upgrade my tires. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
I use to refer people to this business, but i will NEVER AGAIN. Not honoring my sons girlfriends warranty and basically calling her a liar was the most vile thing u could've done. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and hiring a lawyer. What a shitty thing your employee did AND I will be letting everyone know via not just my Facebook page, but any means. Nobody deserves that treatment as a returning client. WE PAY YOUR SALARY
Seriously one of the BEST experiences I have had! Zach Rakowski and the others really took care of my needs and provided awesome customer service. If you're in the market for tires or rims this is the place to go!
