I was a loyal customer of les schwab for over 14 years, but switched over to here. Happy I did. The staff is great & my new tires are awesome!
Watched the tech install my wheels like a Nascar pit stop and told the manager, who said that they are fast but nothing would be damaged. All four rims damaged by the lug gun near the lug areas. An appraiser came out and determined and reported that the damage was consistent with the lug gun, not rock chips like Discount claimed. Just got a call from Discount that they denied the claim as they didnt do any damage. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Only giving one star as negative isnt available.

I went to Costco and felt like the staff at the tire shop didn't have time for me. Went across the street to discount tire and got excellent service right away. The staff was attentive and very helpful. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Amazing service from the salesman and the mechanic! Thank you!
