We brought our vehicle in to a scheduled appointment for 4 new tires and were told the appointment was incorrectly scheduled on a different day. We had to wait several hours for them to "work our car in." There was no apology, offer to make it right, nothing. Then when we were finally able to pick it up, the technicians had broken a lugbolt off of each tire, for a total of 4. Again, no apologies, offer to make it right, or anything. RecommendedHad to order my tires, but they were there in a few days and they hooked me up with an install appointment the day after my tires arrived. I work nights and did not want to spend much time there, but they had me in & out in 30 minutes! That’s why I’ve always gone to Discount Tires...
I recommend discount tire to everyone, they've always taken care of us like family! if you're not happy they're not happy! best tire shop I've ever been to! I'm a 7 year customer and wont go anywhere else #discounttire
