I make my life very simple. I go online and pick my tires and make an appointment online. I show up and there was someone there to greet me. Out of there in less than an hour. Simple.
The staff at the Carson Store has been great! I have had 3 occasions in the past 2 yrs to need their services. Cazey, Zach, Austin and I don't remember the others names were very pleasant and respectful when talking to or explaining details of the job. Although there was no charges on a few of my visits the service was no different than when there was a charge! Being a former Auto Repair Shop owner/partner, it's nice to not be talked down to due to being a female. Good Customer Service is hard to come by but this shop exceed... read more
Discount tire gave me a very good deal on tires for my beloved 2008 Corvette. Great service, they took very good care of me in my time of need. They are my new tires experts, very happy with my experience.
