Very nice service friendly people
Staff served several walk-in’s customers before my car even though I arrived almost two hours earlier and they blamed it on their system. Frankly I don’t believe them. They have great tire deals and respected other customers time but mine. I am disappointed by their customer service.
We got new tires today. We purchased the warranty, just in case. Staff was polite, professional and quick. They got us in the same day. Before we left, it was noted that we needed an alignment. We went ahead and purchased that as well. We were so hesitant as that is the only not covered when you get new tires and ..... We needed an alignment. Other than our hesitation and concerned with the additional alignment cost, we were very pleased today. Clean waiting room.
They really go above and beyond for customer service, the entire staff (even you Kenny but especially Matt, Caleb, and Jonah) are not only friendly but pleasant to work with. If there is a problem, they will solve it. Working with this store feels like working with a friend if you're looking for great customer service and fair prices this is the place.
Been here multiple times, this store is great. You can tell Matt, Kaleb and Jonah really care about customer service. They really put the rubber to the road and go the extra mile (pun fully intended). They are even happy to service trailers! Amazing service, great prices, and fast!!
