These guys deliver a quality product on time, scheduled appointment (no "first come, first served crap) kept as promised, and as friendly as you can be when asking people to part with hundreds of dollars at one time. I only wanna know this: why do I hafta pay extra for mounting, balancing, and hazard guarantee when the "other guys" give that stuff away? Still, a better experience. Will return as necessary. Free rotations, anyway. Good job, Discount Tire.
We were coming home from Seattle and got a flat. Sidewall totally sliced...could not be saved...and having AWD we needed to replace all 4 tires. We were still 4 hours from home and it was getting close to 5pm. No one had the tires we needed. Went to Discount Tires and they were COMPLETELY HAPPY TO HELP US! It's 95 degrees out and they said they would take care of us.
