In and out in 30 mins first time ever
Stopped to get a flat fixed. Met at door by very eager sales man- told him I needed a flat fixed. Yes we can do- now tire ruined can’t fix. (Store policy- yes Sell) they have your tire off and will not fix. Finally got spare changed on at no cost. Tech was good. But such sales crap. You might have had a customer / BUT NEVER NOW/ Tiref now fixed by my tire guy / very minor leak- such sales crap
TUESDAY JUNE 5th, 2018 Fastest tire rotation I have EVER recieved. 18 minutes from check in until my butt was back behind the wheel. Service doesn't get any better than that.
I have been using discount tire for 20 years great service all the time, the only issue sometimes is the wait so I usually drop my vehicles off unless it was immediate service like yesterday, the service was great
Worst problem I've had at discount tire was having to wait, but that was far from the case today. They fixed my flat, put my spare back (even with all the junk in my trunk), and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service!
