Quick and very pleasant customer service
The best customer service!!
I had to replace both of my rear tires this morning. They were completely deflated. Walmart’s tire department was not able to remove the tires for me, so I decided to go to Discount Tire on Stage Rd. They were able to help me. The appointment took about 30 minutes. Wonderful service!
my tire lug came out and this store is not open when I went this morning. I could've had a wreck or died from this.. I will keep trying the corporate office till I get someone.. Don't use this store.
I was given an "out the door" price over the phone that wound up being 20% higher by the time I paid. I understand that miscommunications happen, so I paid and was told I would be done in 45minutes to an hour. An hour later, my car was still where I left it. I asked the clerk when I could expect my car to be done to which he replied that he could "get it in next." I'm willing to overlook one mistake, but not two in succession.

Fast service and courteous personnel
They accidentally sliced my tire when trying to take it off the rim! The thing they used went right through the tire! 🙄So they put a loaner tire on and ordered one just like mine. I have Perelli runflats. They were very apologetic. They will put it on Monday when it comes in. I could have been angry but I’m getting a new tire out of the deal when all I went for was a plug! Always a great experience.
