We had a flat tire when we went to leave the VA hospital. We didn't want to drive home on the donut since we had to get on 26 so we stopped at this location. Every one was super nice. Not only did they patch our tire for free, they let me pull our car into the bay and stay in it with it running since our 10 month old had just gone to sleep and I didn't want to wake him. Top notch customer service right there.

Love discount tire never will go any where else the techs are fast and know what there doing the store manager is always going over and beyond for everyone his name is Rodney. Ron the senior also is a very hard worker.
I just had the best experience at this Discount Tire. The assistant manager, Watson, was wonderful, prompt, and very kind. He went above and beyond to help me and I will most certainly be back to purchase new tires soon!
One of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had! To be honest, I chose Discount Tire simply because of the name, as I was looking for a budget-friendly fix. When I arrived I was greeted kindly by everyone there. The place was new, clean, and welcoming. We drove almost 2hrs to this location to get a quote on a set of tires, got one verbally but when we asked travis to print the quote he gave us he said he couldn't due to company policy, I was planning on going back to purchase the tires next week and don't want the hassle of getting a different quote when I go back, I think travis was being shady, we live in Texas but staying in beaufort for a month been doing business with Discount Tires for years and are loyal customers who have purchased many, many sets of tires for our ... read more
