RecommendedWent to Monument Store and got great service. The tires we had were Michelins that should have lasted longer. We were given a nice credit back and got a recommendation for a better tire tread for our vehicle. Thorough explanation, got a better tire and have a better ride.

I’ve always come here to get my tires serviced there and have always had great service but today I went to get air in my tires, the first kid was awesome and was trying to put air in but then he had someone else look at it and you could tell he was a little butt hurt that he had to come look at my tire. He told me he wouldn’t put air in it cause it wasn’t safe. The customer service is great and they are knowledgeable and take their time with each customer. They do a great job honoring warranties and offer a great selection and do a thorough job. Only downfall is their timeframes. If you come in without an appt, you'll wait an hour and a half (to be expected) but if have an appt and you drop off the car early, they still take an hour and a half. I have been so impressed with this location. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable and yet concerned for my safety. I came in with what I thought was a tire issue turned out that I needed to have the tie rod replaced at Brakes Plus. Then when I return to have my tires replaced the staff worked with me and did a fantastic job working within my budget. Highly recommend with a five-star A-Plus rating. Thank you Zack and staff!
The store in Monument off Jackson Creek was amazing. I came in for a spare tire repair and my tire was not repairable but they were extremely helpful in getting me back on the road in no time. I've always had great experiences with Discount Tire but this was by far the best.
