Got a flat tire last night. Took it in today to have it fixed, but they were too worn & needed to be replaced. My new tires will be fixed for free (which I knew, the old ones were from there, that's why I went there today) & rotated for free (which I didn't know!). I want to give the folks at Discount Tire - 6315 Menaul Blvd NE, Abq, NM 87110 a HUGE shout out. About a week or so ago, some idiot slashed one of my tires and I had to have my car towed into the shop (this outlet is where I've bought all my tires for my past and current vehicle) for a replacement. Excellent Customer Service! Today I made an appointment due to a tire sensor coming on. Turns out there was a small nail in the tire causing a slow leak! Tire was fixed and in record time too! I was in and out in about 20 minutes! It was great! I highly suggest making an appointment when you can! These guys make sure I'm set up for a safe drive, no matter how tedious stopping by for air can seem! Thank you!! Will always be my go-to place!!
Above and beyond customer service! I drove up 10 min before they closed with a low tire pressure warning light. Turns out there’s a bolt in the tire and they offered to fix it for free even though they are closed. I am so grateful! I will support this business when my brand new car needs new tires.
I have been a customer of Discount Tire for many years. Yesterday I took in my "new to me" SUV because the tire light was on and one tire visibly low. The tires were not from Discount Tire. They fixed the flat and checked the other tires and when I went to pay - NO CHARGE - They are my go to store for tires and rims.
I will forever be loyal to these guys! They have been nothing but wonderful to me for years, you're crazy if you go anywhere else!!!
Thanks for fixing my unfixable (according to Costco) tire.
