RecommendedTook a tire to be mounted on a rim for a spare. Got there a few mins early and there was a line of customers waiting. All the guys were upbeat and ready to get to work. Very nice and always made sure they would be with us shortly. The work was fast and done well. Everyone was very professional and courteous.The employees remind me of Chick Fil A employees. Highly recommended!

I am stunned...my first ever visit was to have a leaking tire fixed or replaced. They fixed it for free. I had run over a screw and they were able to remove and plug it. Apparently they don't charge for that! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they were friendly and professional. When I need new tires I will certainly go back to them.
I work in the service industry and know what good service is. When it comes to cars, you usually have to manage your expectations when it comes to 'Quality Service'...BUT @ DISCOUNT TIRE always provides great service and continually earns my respect. Thank You Drae & team for going the extra mile and helping me out!

I love the way they fixed my tires but one of the worker at the desk he has a bad attitude , never never argue with the customer . But he does I don't like it!!
I have been coming here for tires since we moved to Raleigh. I had a slow leak I couldn't figure out in a tire. The crew at Discount Tire found a nail, fixed it, no cost. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.
I can't say enough about the customer service here! They are honest and trustworthy! They fixed the hole from a screw in my tire for no charge at all! They didn't try and sell me, they explained to me what the actual life of my tires had left and gave me options based upon that. I will definitely be back in the next coming weeks/months to get my car a new pair of shoes! Thanks so much for your help!! :)
