Got a flat tire and after hitting three tire places they got me right in;) amazing customer service!
Don't know how to plug a tire and managed to lose my keys in the 20min it took them to tell me they couldn't plug the tire.
Just wanted to say thanks again to Damon Coates!! You really helped my son out today. And this is the second time in 2 months that Discount Tire has saved our day! You will forever have our family's business.

They are friendly enough when you are buying tires, but if there is an issue afterwards, we have found out the hard way their customer service evaporates quickly. Guess we will go back to using Costco for our Tire Needs.
I was in Discount Tire yesterday to have a slow leak fixed and have my tires rotated. Chancy Sims helped me get in and out quickly. He has always been courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy his sense of humor and his professionalism. He is a huge reaso I am a loyal customer.
