I was stranded on the side of the highway . Discount tire was the closest place to me in Burlington. Stopped by there on 6/9 needing to get my tire fixed. Realized it was 4 minutes after closing and they could not help me. Would not recommend this establishment EVER.

Stopped in on May 4th 19’ to have an imbalance issue looked at on my E46 bmw, I had a local “tire shop” in Lexington NC get me 4 Michelin pilot Super Sports for my car, when I stopped in as the imbalance was getting worse the Tech at Discount noticed straight away that 3 of the 4 tires were mounted backwards on the wheels, they corrected the 3 that were mounted wrong, checked wheel runout and road force balanced all 4 and the car is now amazing, it’s nice to see someone who actually cares about their customers and is knowled... read more
