For whatever reason, my vehicle will find all of the things on the road, so I frequent at Discount quite a bit.. so much so that when the guys see how many times I've repurchased that $50 tire warranty, their jaws drop a little. The past few times I've been this year, the customer service just was not there; I wasn't sure what had changed because it wasn't just at this location. Very frustrating service today which was a big surprise considering I have exclusively used Discount Tire as my primary source for new tires for decades. Service was curt, sloppy and my spare was poorly returned to its storage location which ahould have been easy given I drive a CRV (easily one of the most common cars on USA roads for years); parts were left loose including key piece of spare tire well housing that needs to be tapped back in place if removed or dislodged to keep the actual floorboard structure of trunk secur... read more

Definitely wouldn't send my wife here. Stopped by to get a simple patch on a trailer tire from a screw in the tread. The guy told me it was unfixable and that I needed a new tire. Then proceeded to try to convince me that all 4 tires were bad because the tread was worn completely down. Tried to get me to buy 4 new tires. The trailer and tires are less than a month old, have full tread, and even still have the vent spews/rubber hairs all over them.
