slowest service I have ever had at a tire place
RecommendedThe service is great and they do their best to get me the best tires at a decent price.
Poor service, Slow, lazy, wastes my time by keeping me waiting, and won’t put my tires on because they were warn but didn’t tell me squat when I took them off last spring, now I have to make a second trip to visit these guys again which is a big inconvenience for me.
Yesterday I was supposed to have tires put on my car at another establishment. After waiting 2 hours I was told they only had two of the correct tires, had to put my old ones back on. And to come back at the end of the week. They could not even cancel my order. So, I went home looked up the tires I wanted online and called Discount Tire in Redmond and bought them over the phone last night. I went in today to have them put on my Jeep. Very impressed with Joe. My wife had a tire that kept leaking air. Discount Tire was closed on Sunday so we had to go to Firestone. They tried to force us to replace all 4 tires even though I had bought two of them within the past 8 months, the other two within 16 months. Plenty of tread still left on all. They refused to fix the tire, or to even sell me two tires. They said it was company policy to replace all 4! The next day my wife took the car to Discount Tire and they fixed it for FREE. I went to Costco and it was the worst experience so I came to Discount Tire. I got my first set of tires from them and decided to come back. Elijah was so VERY friendly from the minute I walked in the door. He immediately looked me up in the system (I didn't even know I was in). He answered ALL of my questions. Being a college student, I had a budget and he was able to find something within that budget almost immediately.
