We are heading back to FL on a cross country road trip with our travel trailer and needed new tires for it. Houston helped us and he was amazing. He not only helped us out with tires for our travel trailer, but rotated the tires we have on our truck, and also recommended a local place to eat at while we waited. He is a huge asset to your team, and we would love if he could be acknowledged in some way. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be, and he went above and beyond.

The wait was not 2 bad. The employees were very friendly 4 El Paso. I got 4 brand new tires and it wasn't expensive as I thought it would be. ((GREAT JOB))
