They were swift when I came for help! I was at Utep celebrating a graduation. When I went back to my car, the tire sensor went off! I took my car to them right away and saved my tire! Thank you guys!

Tire pressure light came on car, stopped at Discount Tire on North Mesa for air and once again I am getting to wait for up to 45 minutes for air in my tire. The manager told me last time this was a fluke and would not happen again, but they are not even that busy and here I sit. Last time I purchase tires from a company that has such bad after service for customers. It isn't my fault they changed their policy after I became a customer for over 10 years.
My mom had a blowout on the highway while we were traveling and I called discount to check her warranty status; the employees were awesome from the start! We pulled up and Charles was already waiting for us in the parking lot. He quickly evaluated her car and had us inside, paid for, and her car in the bay within 10 minutes. Very speedy, friendly service. We would both highly recommend.
They're always professional and kind. Even when you can see they are busy they get you in and back on the road often quicker than they estimate.
