Great service, 4 new tires in less than an hour, very friendly atmosphere. I've purchased my last three sets of tires from Discount Tire, prices and services just can't be beat!
As always great price & service we have 4 work trucks & thanks to discount they can go to any location and they always get hooked up & back on the road. They even let me use my corprate discount rate to help my son in carolina get new tires for his car as always a big thank you from all of us at electra appliance inc.
Had a leaking valve stem that was replaced free of charge. It was explained fully how aluminum rims leak around the rim and stems due to oxidation of the aluminum. Will always repair/replace tires at Discount Tire at this location, great people and service.
I was there today for a flat tire. They told me it was from corrosion of the rims and I would need to replace all four. I said, "Yeah, or maybe it is flat from the GIANT SCREW sticking out of the tread." They acknowledged that could be the cause of the leak. They fixed it for free though, so there's that.
Today was my first time in a Discount Tire store; i had noticed my tires were getting worn out and needed to be replaced. I arrived around 3:30pm and just wanted to speak to someone to price tires and get general info. I spoke to Danny V and i have to say he was so friendly and helpful with all my questions. After speaking for about 10 minutes we decided to go ahead and get the new tires right then. By 4:30pm i was driving home! PERFECT experience, Danny was fantastic! Steve
Limped in with a full load - horses, goats and dogs - and was met outside by Andres who was so courteous and assured me he'd have me back on the trail in no time! Ryan got to me asap and did a great job making sure the critters and I were safe to head out. Highly recommend this store and group of guys!
They ruined my lugnuts when I got new tires. $100 fee just to get them off so my brakes could get fixed.
