I spent $1900 on a set of Nitto Ridge Grappler tires for my truck. A month later I picked up a bolt in the center of the tread of the tire. I went in and they told me they couldn’t repair it because the bolt was too big and they didn’t have plugs big enough to plug and patch it. They told me I would need to spend an additional $475 for a new tire. I told them no, and took it to Les Schwab in Tooele. Pulled into the parking lot 5 minutes to closing (on a Saturday) with a tire rapidly losing air, they pulled my vehicle in right away and fixed the tire with absolutely no charge to me. Their customer service was amazing. I repeatedly apologized for coming so close to closing and they didn’t even skip a beat. I have purchased tires for here and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure I was back in the road safely.

Scheduled an appointment was told it would take 45 mins. Took over 2 and an half hours... Was told that 'my ticket' for the appointment I had scheduled several days in advanced was placed 'accidentally' in the very back of the line. very disappointed.
