Hated it they took tire off refused to fix cause it had a plug and refuzed to put back on I didn't pay and now had to go to another tire shop to fix it and put back on
Impressed with the service when buying my Jeep tires, but more impressed tonight at closing when they repaired my daughters tire, no fee, just a request to buy next set there. Hometown service despite being a large store. Thanks guys!
First off there staff was exceptional, very great customer service by Michael, he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. Tons of great tires in stock and the best prices in town after searching several other retailers. Shop was extremely clean versus a lot of other shops I had visited in the past and only took the mechanic about 20 minutes to mount my tires. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
We purchased a full set of tires about 2 weeks ago with the help of Russel. Last night I had an unfortunate experience with one of my tires. We got the warranty that was offered to us at the time of purchase. With the great service we were given and by buying the warranty, we got a new tire free of charge! Absolutely had a great experience! Thank you!
