Crappy service!!!!!!!! I'll NEVER come back. They have no regard for ANYONES time and can't even get an appointment down correctly.
The staff was very informative and gave great service would recommend them to anyone- Derek was awesome to answer all our questions and took time to talk to my husband on the phone- we only buy our tires from Discount Tire- love they are in Hickory

Discount tire has always treated like am I the best customer they have even though I get the least expensive tires they have. Great service at a great price.
Bought the tire certificates for my truck, and didn't buy the tires from here. A year later one tire went bad and they replaced it with a new one, no questions asked, at no cost! So easy to work with. I will recommend this store to everyone!!!!
