Very disappointed!!! I had a appointment today at 10:30am. Got checked in at 10:08am. I was told 1 hour. They called me at 11:45am. My vehicle was done. I went to leave. Noticed my driver side tires were a different size than my passenger side. Told manager. He grab my keys and took my truck in. Never said anything. I noticed a couple clerks snickering about my problem. At 1:15 pm they pulled my truck out. No one ever apologized about this. Huge shout out to the staff at Discount Tires in Grove City! We were on our way back to Nashville after attending a family funeral with our two lil dogs in tow. We got a flat & found this Discount Tires because I had the warranty. My tire was covered at 100% & I only had to pay for the warranty on the new tire. Plus the staff was super nice & quick to get us on our way... Even on a busy Saturday morning. I am a Discount Tire customer for Life!
