First time at this location. 2 closest stores were closed. This is our third set of tires we have purchased from this company. First two went smoothly and we were very satisfied. We've had nothing but issues this time. We get lots of excuses with no resolution.
First time I've been to this location as I was notified that the location I used has been now closed. Not used to waiting. This is a much busier store. But it was ok. The representative that handled me was very friendly & helpful. I was just in for a tire rotation.
