Bought two new Michelins yesterday. This morning one is flat. When a tire store can't install their primary product correctly then there's a big problem. This is costing us money and time. We'll never shop there again.
We stopped in on a very busy Saturday because we discovered a flat tire while in town (from St. Louis) for a family wedding. Discount Tire not only worked hard to make sure our tire was fixed in time to make it to the wedding, but drove the car back to us at our hotel and didn't charge us a dime. Their customer service is truly second to none!
I ordered my tires online bc they were not in stock, and made an appointment. John called me a few days late due to the wrong (old hm phone) pulled up even though I inputted my cell phone number as the best number to call me (I.T. people need to fix this) told him that I just moved up here and that was an old number (we did not update my info now that I think about it) but they did a good job overall and were fast. Love this place!!!! I refuse to go anywhere but discount tire. There service and customer experience is fantastic.
Wow, what can I say...friendly, courteous and fixed my tire for free..... I felt guilty not paying anything for their time. They have my business for sure!!!
