Best customer service ever!!!! I will never go any other place
Typically I don't have any issues here and if I do, they are minor and quickly resolved. Yesterday I went in for a rotation & balance appointment. Now 3 of my 4 wheels have scratches, dings and are damaged. The store manager denied that they could have done the damage but has agreed to repair/restore 1 of the 3 damaged wheels. My confidence level and trust of this shop has been compromised now.
The staff has always treated me great there. I was in a budget crunch a few years ago and needed new tires for my truck. Garrett worked with me to find tires of good quality and within my budget. That was 4 years ago. I had to take my truck in because I had a nail in my tire. 45,000 miles and they have 11/32 tread remaining. Even though they were busy I was out the door in under an hour.
Discount tire is the best. The employees are professional, courteous and efficient. Also they gave good pricing on the selection of their products.
