My appointment at 9:30 got there at 8 took my truck in repair my tire cuz I had a nail was satisfied with the the staff and was out quick
I was at the Vance Jackson/Loop 410 store in San Antonio yesterday. The four set of tires I wanted were not in stock. Store manager, Zane Yancey, gave me another set a little higher price, and did it professionally. He communicated all the other details of the purchase. They were jammed with customers. I appreciated his kindness and his attention to detail. They were prompt. Great service Zane.
Jose helped me and he was great. He recognized the problem, found me in the system and had me on my way in about half an hour. I have trusted Discount Tire for awhile now and they never let me down.
All the guys are very professional and nice guys. Jose and Aaron helped me and made everything easy. Wait was only 1 hour for what I needed done. I always use this location for my tire needs. Great job guys!
Price matched and new tires in less then an hour....loved they warranty add ons just a little pushy on suggestive things to be done I thought. I am in sales and never that pushy...you either want it or you don't...idk I'm kinda high
