Omg they are so nice and really good at their jobs. They calmed me right down and were extremely quick at fixing my tire. So amazing !
went to the Eagan MN store just to check if I was at the warranty point for my tires (a known michilan tire issue from when I bought them) since I was sliding in the snow on them, and not only was the manager (sadly I forgot his name) willing to work out getting me into new tires based on the manufacturer warranty, he did it despite being half an hour before close when I expected to be told they couldn't and I'd have to schedule a day. he got me into the michilan defender HT tires and right before the MN snow storms happenin... read more
Mike totally saved my behind today. I was down the road at the Speedway (S.A.) when my tire went flat. I went to change it and it was the wheel that I had replaced so my tool didn't fit the lug nuts. He drove down the road, put my spare on, and got my tire fixed all right around close. I'm so so so appreciative of how he went out of his way to provide such phenomenal customer service. Discount tire has been my go to ever since I first could drive. Wonderful service at every location I have visited. So friendly. Great value. I swear they must hire the most patient and kind people they can find!!! Would never get tires anywhere else.
