If you need tires, this is the place to go. Pleasant, attentive service. I trust these guys. Note to management: nothing wrong with a well trimmed beard on a good employee.
I walked in, they showed me tires but didn't try to push the most expensive ones. In and out in less than an hour and that was without an appointment! GREAT customer service!!

Amateurish - scraped and beat up my rims putting the tires on. They had a $100 rebate promotion going on - never received rebate, no response in contacting them trying to resolve it. Last time I'll be a customer.
Excellent service and they always have the lowest pricing on tires and wheels. They helped find the right snow tire and wheel setup for my vehicle. Drives through snow with ease!

Disappointed - I was quoted a different price over the phone than in in the store. I even asked what is the total for me to walk out the door. Then when I get there, he has no record of the conversation, and I am told well sometimes we just give you the lowest price because that is what most want to hear. Then I asked about the lower priced tire and was told it wasn't as good so I went with his recommendation. So it worked, he got me in the store and I paid $100 more than I was quote.
