great prices, great service!
I recently came in for a set of tires, I was pretty surprised and rather pessimistic when they said I would be on my way in about 20 minutes. I didn’t bother looking into the shop to see how they managed it but true to their word I was out the door in 23 minutes. The waiting area was very clean and everyone there was polite and professional.

Quick, friendly service and a good customer experience. They were on time for my appointment and I was out in 40 minutes. Comfortable waiting area with free bottles of water. Tire prices were on par with other tire shops, but I’d go here every time.
I was in an out in less then 30 minutes and the guys were so nice😊
I go in for new tires and they brake my lug nut stud off my car. They just give me the part after I paid and did nothing about it. Now I know never to shop here ever again. I would like to talk to people higher up.
They patched a leaky tire for me for free and earned my business when it was time for new tires on my truck. Tires were ordered yesterday afternoon, received a call about 1:30pm today that they were in. Arrived there at 2:30pm, was on my way at 3:05pm. All of the staff I dealt with were pleasant and competent, a welcomed breath of fresh air. The price I paid was very fair as well. Couldn’t ask for anything more and will gladly recommend this store to other people! Thank you, Discount Tire of Janesville!
I got a flat on my way home from picking up son at daycare and I limped all the way to Disount Tire. I was already having a bad day and they took care of me right away. I will not go anywhere else! Absolutely amazing. Thank you again!
I had the best two experiences at Discount tire. after having a horrible experience at NTB, I was wary of big chain places, but gave Discount Tire a try. they fixed my flat at no cost, and I purchased a new set of tires from them. came back to have them installed and it was a great experience. definitely want to call out Antonio for his outstanding customer service! I will be back here for all my tires in the future.
