Not Good – I went in for a flat repair when I left I had a vibration. I stopped at another shop and my wheel was not tightened.
great service and great prices – I have been shopping here since they opened in Round Rock. I don't know if they work on commission or not, but I have never felt the pressure of the up-sale to a more expensive tire, or that I have been taken advantage of. Definitely not the case of a chain located off of 3406. Rotation, tire repair, warranty, etc is all included in the price of the tire. Excellent Service – I went to get a my tires rotated and fix a flat. I was out of there in less than 30 min. I NEVER feel ripped off or oversold at Discount Tires. I would go back again and again for all my round needs
Cant beat the fast service – I got there at 4:30 expecting a long wait (with my 2 year old no less) and to my surprise I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. The price is good and you cant beat the fast service. I'll go there from now on.
