Wonderful service and prices. My car wasn't towed to them until 5:45 and they close at 6:00 p.m. Technician called me several times to let me know what they were finding and progress to replace. It was around 8:00 and I said I thought you closed at 6, so would work on my car tomorrow-he said we take the last car at 6, but stay as late as it takes to finish the last customer! Amazing. Went in at 8:30 AM and asked if I could leave a flat tire and come back at 4 PM to pick it up. The response was "No". Apparently there was no way they could do this simple ten-minute plug job, even when given a 7-1/2 hour window. Worthless!
I needed 4 new tires and was dreading it. I went to Discount Tire and had a GREAT experience! Darren was a pleasure to deal with as were the other two employees who greeted me! They're pleasant and honest. I HIGHLY recommend you get your next tires here!
Discount Tire is the only place I will go for tires. They are honest, fair and have great prices and service. I had a flat tire due to a nail they had me in and out of there with two new tires in an hour. Thanks Plymouth store!
