I have purchased over 8 sets of tires from this store. I needed a flat fixed today . The tire was not on my vehicle. All they had to do was repair the flat. I was in a bind I needed to get the tire fixed.. After 8 set of tires this is the first flat I needed fixed.. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I realize everyone is getting snow tires today but I would think if you buy 8 set of tires you could get a flat fixed. I have bought my last set of tires from Discount tire. I might as well pay less and wait to get my flat fixed.

Talk about caring for the customer and going above & beyond. My wife went in to get new tires, and they acted in a way that is so rare these days....truly caring about the customer and safety of their vehicle. This was only the second time we went there, but this is my GO TO Tire place now. A very satisfied customer....Regards, Ken Hughey

Discount tire on 620 near the Galleria,(Austin, Bee Caves) has the ultimate cust serv and quality product, super knowegable employees etc. Made my "ole yeller" hum like she was new! I always knew my ride could be smoother. Just with the recommendation of Michelin rather than Goodyear Integrity (it was actually dangerous to have a 2006 tire on rear) I will get better mileage and feel. Thank you for YOUR expertise and integrity yesterday, I will continue to spread the word so others can also have the "experience".

Customer service at this location is very poor. The guys working in the sales department should actually have a pulse if they are going to be working with the general public.

I have shopped here because of price for 5 years and always received good service. Today, however, I shopped here because of price and FANTASTIC service! My wife had a blow out on my BMW M3. She was right next to a different tire shop in Centerville, so she pulled in there. The sales person at that tire shop wanted to charge us a huge price for the "special" tires. I made a call to Discount Tires. I spoke to Rob and he said "I don't want to lose your business to them. Just get your car here and I'll charge you X." The price ... read more

Went to have 4 new tires out on my car and was told that they wheels had the incorrect lug nuts and I needed new ones. I told them to go ahead and the guy gave me a key for the new lug nuts. When they finished, I showed the key to the guy that installed the tires and he said I didn't need a key for the new lug nuts he put on. I went to the register to get the $10.00 refunded that I paid for the key and the manager told me the guy had put on the incorrect lug nuts and that I did need to key. Well, after thousands of dollars spent on my companies and personal tires, the Lake Worth Texas store under new management has forgotten it's loyal customers... After two flats and a wait time of about 1.5 hours per flat , ( same tire )they finally decided to implement my road hazard warranty . Seems like the implementation of a warranty is a LAST RESORT for this new management !
