There's nothing better in this world when you expect to spend big bucks to get a tire repaired and they just send you on the way after they fix something very simple. They definitely will be getting my business from now on.

I've purchased three sets of tires from Mike at the Maple Grove store over the last few years. Mike knows what he's talking about and he doesn't try to upsell to higher priced tires. I purchased my Michelin Pilot Super Sports for my Camaro last year based on his advice and I love the ride. Lastly, Eric made my day yesterday when he was able to squeeze me in to swap out the winter tires for the summer tires. I would highly recommend Discount Tires to friends and family.
Couldn't ask for better customer service. Every time i have gone in they have treated me great and always in a friendly manner. Jack is a customer service professional if I've ever seen one.
Let me just start by saying I am an easy mark bc I know absolutely ZILCH about car stuff (sorry dad, I should have paid more attention!). So imagine my pleasant surprise when I came into your County road 30 location expecting to spend money on new tires and didn't have to! Turns out all they had to do was clean the wheels a bit and send me on my way! I feel very thankful for your informative and friendly staff. I definitely recommend them!
Huge thank you to the guys at Discount Tire in Maple Grove. I appreciate being able to come in and get the air filled on my tires during this very cold weather. But when my car wouldn't start, they helped jump start my car so I could continue on!! Thanks so much, it was enough so I could get somewhere to have my battery replaced. Lifesaver!
Can't even get them to answer the phone to order and make an appointment for tires. Pretty hard to want to come here for any service. You just lost my business discount tire. Great job.
They were extremely busy today (as they usually are heading into winter). Everyone was very friendly and working hard to get tires on. We had made an appointment ahead of time and we're glad we did - they had my winter tires on in under an hour.
