Normally I have pleasant, professional service. Today, just wanted tires rotated...one salesman on computer helping customer, did not acknowledge me for 8 minutes, rudely says "just a minute ", 2minutes later he calls over speaker he needs help, 2minutes later he calls again.....(I believe he was the manager)...tires are rotated next time I will make an appointment....

went there for a tire rotation, had to wait an hour for a 15 minute job. i have always went to Discount and will still go i just could not understand why it took so long, when i asked they kept saying that i was next yet it just seemed like a long wait.maybe i'll go to another location next time.

Waited 2 hours before they finally pulled my truck into stall and started to change only 2 tires.

Check my tires very prompt and explain what was wrong and took care of the problem, didmbt had to wait to long. yes they were very busy but they got to my Honda in no time.
