I have been sitting here watching the employees greeting customers with a smile and a handshake. Then offered complimentary water or coffee. They provided quick service. Having an appointment helped!
Dustin helped us out , he was honest, fast, and gave us a awesome deal . Only 45 mins and we were on are way with a new set of tired for our Dodge Ram 🐑
They worked with me on the price. I didn't like the two hour wait but they are hiring. Took them 15 minutes to put my tires on. They need a vending machine. They didn't have used tires available.. I will go back in the future!
So this was my 4th time at Discount Tire in 18 months (thanks so much Nashville roadways), and it was as stress free and painless as the other times. The guys here are always professional, kind, informative, thorough and honest. I never feel like an ignorant female who knows nothing about cars or car repair. They're never condescending or patronizing. I don't ever get treated like a stupid girl here. They're wonderful, and reasonably priced. I recommend Discount Tire to everyone. Thanks for fixing my baby!!
best place in town good tires great service need another one in town spent 2 hours there for a tire rotation not there fault they were working there buts off just too many customers
