The store manager Edward did make sure a previous issue was resolved and did a great job of monitoring troubleshooting on why the front driver's side tire was not holding air and committing to ultimate resolution. Great customer service and follow up!
Easy process, went in with a donut on, left with 4 tires at a decent price. Only an hour wait and got my appointment set up the night before
I believe who I spoke with was a Josiah, I wish I could remember exactly. The help I received was so genuine, not judgmental, and very thoughtful. One of those moments where I expected the worst and got the complete opposite. Extremely thankful!
