Service was excellent!! The employees are the best! When in need of tires, this is the place I will go! Definitely, have my business.
Called into Discount Tire as I needed two new tires and was invited to come to the shop as soon as I could. Alex, tire advisor, came out and met me at the car to get pertinent information. We went inside and reviewed/purchased tires best for my car. Almost immediately the car was in the shop, tires changed, and ready to go in about a half hour. The entire team did an amazing job!!!!

Dropped off the truck to get 2 new tires on front Monday late...came back at 5:45pm, 24 hours later, the truck wasn't even started. They told me to have a seat and it would be done ASAP. Furious as I wait, I see them continuing to put other cars on the lifts before mine. Wasn't finished until 7:22. Took $17 off each tire for my inconvenience. Place is a joke.
Worst place I have ever bought tires from. I have replaced my brand new set of tires twice in less than 2 years. Its like they are selling defective tires and lucky I have the warranty on them. Over 8 tires replaced is beyond ridiculous. This place is a rip off. You will continue to go back replacing tires.
