Well I wasn’t gonna say anything but since you asked; I’m not a fan of this store because about 2 years ago they lost a wheel center for my truck. I called to complain and they promised to order another and call me when it came OF COURSE THEY NEVER DID!! Fast forward 2 yrs I bought 4 new tires for my Lexus and they broke a tire pressure sensor !!! I am not impressed!!
Heads up if you are a woman and have to get a tire repaired be very careful of this store.My wife went in with a screw in her tire and they were so quick to tell her she needed a new tire because it was not repairable. They were very quick to charge my credit card $165.00.I told her to leave and not have it done. We went to another Discount tire on Hampden Ave and they had the tire repaired in 20 minutes at no charge,WOW really. It has been a week now and the charge is still on my card.I will never use this location again!!!... read more
I took my car here a few weeks ago and they put a hole in my exhaust. When I took my car back to have them look at it they treated me like an idiot and took zero fault. They could've at least given me money back for my tires....very disappointed as I have taken my car here for years and my family as well. It's too bad....
