Phil the manager is arrogant and on a power trip. He walks around yelling at his employees condescendingly. He does it to try to get attention to show that he is boss. He hasn't learned basic empowerment skills. He's also sarcastic and rude to clients unless an attractive woman walks in, then he straightens out and puts on a act. His employees work hard to overcompensate for Phil's inadequacies by being courteous but it is overshadowed by Phil's immaturity.
Complete scumbags here. The only thing the care about is tire sales. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
Terrible service. i went in for a tire rotation and they didnt do it because they said my tire tread is uneven and my rear end will slip out. Its summer and theres no way im going to slip out. I also requested for them to take out my wheel locks. Whenever i take off my lug nuts when changing my brakes I was very careful so the paint doesnt scratch on my wheels. This discount tire didnt care and with no remorse they chipped and scratched the paint on my wheels. Just a bad day. Im really upset at the service.
