Ed was amazing in helping me get a storage unit!
Already a bad start to a beginning. If the code or sequence is different to the climate controlled units, then why was i not afforded the instructions. Just a bad start. My time is not for wasting. I have alot going on today and now im behind. Woke up at 6am to get the day started early and here I am having to wait for 9am til this place opens.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from ED. The representative went above and beyond to ensure I secured the best possible rate for my storage unit. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
