Do not waste your money. Starter said it was for my motorcycle. Will not work the thread for my jack bolt is to shallow. Was told they could not take it back because I received the starter

HORRIBLE customer service. I spent over two hours trying to reach a rep for a refund for a starter they sent. They sent the wrong product. I sent back the product, they recived it 4 days ago and I still have not gotten a refund. I tried for days to call their service reps to be hung up after five minutes each time I called. (Called over 100 times) Still no money and still no answer. They are HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money or time on theese people
Well they shipped my starter to me. Got in a decent time. But they shipped the wrong starter. So they sent me another one. Which was the same starter. Asked for a refund. They sent me 2 return labels. I printed the labels and sent of in the mail. 2 weeks now still no refund!!! I do not recommend this place for anything. I bought the right starter off amazon for half the price. Again still waiting on my refund. One more week then I'll contact a lawyer. Smh. Update: after 45 min on the phone with them I finally got my refund. ... read more
