THIS IS A SCAM. SAME COMPANY USING DIFFERENT WEBSITES BUT SAME PHONE NUMBER. Avoid and save yourself some money! This company is very very MISLEADING. Their quotes are not detailed, written in scribbles, and did not list everything that I originally VERBALLY asked for in the initial service call. Terrible. Service tech stated would be there within the hour, showed up late. Took him 2 minutes to identify the simple problem and about 30 minutes to fix. Despite being here for only 32 minutes was charged 325$ for a 100$ job. Asked to itemize costs, refused. If my calculations are correct these guys expect to be paid 220$ and hour and hike the price for parts up by 50%.... yet their name is literally “Discount”. Robbery. Contacted company to have an estimate given on the irrigation at my house to be replaced. the $65 serviced charge for estimate was never mentioned over the phone when making the appointment with Jordan, nor is it mentioned anywhere on their website. Jordan came out and spent about 15 minutes evaluating the current irrigation system and took pictures. I was surprised when giving him my contact information that he requested $65 for the estimate. Company collected $65 for bid and never told me the amount I would be charged. I never heard from them again. Please do not trust them. They never refunded me either.

I placed a call to the business because the box with the valves was retaining some water. A young man came to our home on Sunday, but was unable to fix the problem at that time, but provided us with an estimate of $390 to repair one valve and a leak in a pipe next to the valve. While we thought the estimate was high, we payed and assumed the work would be done. In fact, we returned home to find the drip system turned completely off. Do not be fooled by the name, “Discount” Sprinklers. I had a sprinkler valve that would not close completely. I called Discount Sprinklers, which indicated that the service charge was $65. The technician arrived and, without even removing the valve to check for any blockage, said that the valve needed to be replaced for a charge of $230. Since the service charge was $65, the cost of the valve would be $165. In my younger days in Tucson, I had replaced these valves myself and could not recall them costing this much.
