This company is terrible. I am sure they have friends place reviews with higher ratings because it's suspicious so many people are unhappy with their service. everything bad you read about them is true. The estimate fee without telling first. The lack of attention to customers. The high prices.

****** was on time, professional and followed through with all of my requests. The work completed included fixing and/or replacing some drip heads, plugging those where plants no longer exist as well as replacing and burying an exposed drip line (as recommended by the ****************** when they performed the Outside Water Efficiency Check (OWEC).I was given a 2-year warranty on the replacing and burying of the exposed drip line.
We contacted this company on Memorial Day, thinking no one would contact us for a quote until at least Tuesday. We had a small job (replacing six sprinkler heads that weren't adequately covering the small area of grass we had for our dogs) but we really didn't want to do it ourselves. It is now 3:30 pm the same day, and they came out, gave me a quote, and completed the work. I am thrilled! I usually don’t write reviews but for this company, I definitely had to share my experience. My entire sprinkler system went out unexpectedly and I needed to get it fixed right away. I went on google and found one company but they quoted a price that was way out of my budget. So I ended coming across Discount Sprinkler and they literally gave me the best customer service experience. THIS IS A SCAM. SAME COMPANY USING DIFFERENT WEBSITES BUT SAME PHONE NUMBER. Avoid and save yourself some money! This company is very very MISLEADING. Their quotes are not detailed, written in scribbles, and did not list everything that I originally VERBALLY asked for in the initial service call.
