I called To have this company come out and look at my spa, which would not turn on. Instead of just coming out and automatically charging me for the visit, they offered me helpful advice to test the electricity to make sure it wasn’t a problem with that first. We did as they advised, and found it was not a problem with my spa after all, and it was just an issue with the breaker. Any other company would have just come out and charged $150.
