I needed a smog desperately on an older pickup as my water pump went out in my other vehicle. It had been a rough week and I was desperately searching out the best prices. Steve the owner quoted me a great price over the phone(half of what the others in town were), but it didn't include the cost of an additional test needed. But when I got there he HONORED his quote!
