Items desired to be looked at/ fixed were taken care of on the same day. I was given a choice of repair or replace. some items were included in the service call others wern't. estimate was promptly given for a future project. : )
My uncle tried fixing the broken circuit at our house but realized he didn't have the expertise. I looked for an electrician via HomeAdvisor even before my uncle tried -- just in case. I got a call from DSE a few days before and told them we'll try to figure it out first. When my uncle got to the house, he found out he's not able to fix the issue. I called DSE that same day and they dropped by within that afternoon. I think the price was reasonable and they were very easy to reach out to. Thanks Angel (our electrician)!

They did a great job, they were on time, clean up after the job. We plan on have them back next year.
A little pricing for the install of sockets, but I guess that is the going rate, they also did not deduct the service fee for coming out because I did not get the ceiling fan fixed as they said it was not repairable.
Our electrician's name was Chris. He was punctual & knowledgeable. He was able to assess the problem quickly & explain it to me in layman's terms. I would be happy to use him again!
