I just waiting for Juan more that 2 months to get a quote, he never show up
Door Screen and Patio: Avoid at All Costs I paid Discount Screen and Shutters a deposit two years ago to replace my window and door screens, and the job was never completed. Despite dropping off my old screens, I received constant excuses and no-shows for appointments. Now, they don't answer my calls. This is a dishonest and unreliable business that took my money and failed to deliver.
I would say everyone take reviews with a grain of salt. I don’t know but Juan and his business are great. My personal experience has been far different from those negative reviews. Please continue to support small businesses
Since day one the roof has been leaking. It’s been a year and only get excuses. Even though It has lifetime warranty.
Very surprised at these reviews. I passed by and spoke with Juan's son. Juan contacted me and came by my house very soon. My price was excellent and it wasn't long before the 2 workmen were by my house and did a fabulous job around the entire house. I have recommended him to several people
