Amazing customer service miss Karen was amazing .. I forgot to send off one specific letter and I just left the establishment prior due to me sending out documents , I came back and said I forgot one. She said it’s no worries then she viewed the documents and made sure I was not sending the same ones twice . It’s the little things that makes a business great it’s those little things that keep business thriving ! And that’s why I never go next door to the post office they don’t understand being human
They mailed my package to the wrong address. And from there they told me it was my fault and would not refund me the money I spent to send the package. I will never return to send anything.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit to FedEx today. As I arrived, one of the employees was in the process of closing the door. However, he kindly reopened it to inform me they were closing, which I appreciated. Despite this, another employee, a lady inside the store, was very rude. Although she was already assisting a customer, she began shouting, "We are closed!" multiple times in an unpleasant manner.
